How can I make a reservation?
You can either Fill out a shuttle or Limo request form on www.miamiairportvan.com or CALL us on (954)757-3665 or (800)975-5404 or send us mail.
How do I find you at the airport?
On arrival, before collecting your bags, call us. Our agent will give you the meeting point with your driver. This helps us to make sure that following grace period instructions, the driver doesn’t leave without you. Remember to call before collecting your luggage; the driver can then make his way to meet you and help you collect your luggage. when meet the customers at the baggage carousel the driver will have a sign, if you cant find us give us a call on your cell phone.
Do you provide infant seats?
At your request we provide car seats of all sizes for children at no extra cost for your convenience.
What credit cards do you except?
 We accept cash and major credit cards
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We at MAV Van services keep a tab on flight landing and take off timing of clients. As your arrival time approaches, our team automatically updates your reservation with any changes in arrival time. Our clients don’t have to take the trouble of calling and informing us of delays. The only time we ask that you call is if you are bumped to a different flight or you missed your flight.
Where are your pick up and drop off points?
We operate a door-to-door service. We will pick you up from the terminal you land in at the airport and will reach you to your destination. On departure we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal your flight leaves.
What is the earliest I can make a reservation to and from the airport?
At least 4 hours in advance. However we do consider emergencies and if we can help and accommodate you, we surely would. So do give us a call to check out the situation.
Are you Pet Friendly?
Yes. We will assist you with transporting you and your pets.
